Absolutely. Inspiration can come from anywhere—an image, colour palette, or fabric swatch. We take those references as a starting point and create a completely bespoke WalRay design that is crafted exclusively for you.
DESIGN & CUSTOMISATION
Every order is fully customisable—from petite cards to oversized statement pieces. Generally, the standard size is 5×7 inch (portrait or landscape), but we’ll guide you to the proportions that best suit your design.
Always. We begin with a wording and template guide, complete with refined suggestions. Fonts and layouts are discussed with you, ensuring each detail is beautifully balanced and perfectly legible.

To prepare your quote, we’ll need details such as: a photo or description of what you have in mind, your preferred quantity, the number of detail cards, and any special printing finishes you’d like. Every quote is tailored—just like our designs.
Yes. Most orders start from 20 invitations, though some premium ranges require 50. Please enquire for specifics.
PROCESS & TIMELINES
From design approval, production generally takes 2–3 weeks. The design stage itself can be as quick or as detailed as you’d like—it moves at your pace.
We recommend securing your invitations at least 2 months before your wedding or event. Ideally, 3–4 months or longer allows plenty of time for design, production, and mailing.
Unlimited. We believe your invitations should be perfected without compromise, so you have every opportunity to refine your draft.
PRINTING & MATERIALS
Foil stamping, letterpress, embossing, blind press, and digital printing. We’ll guide you to the technique that best enhances your design.
Acrylic, paper, velvet, and hardcover designs—or bespoke combinations. Think acrylic invitations with velvet envelopes, or velvet-covered hardcover boxes holding an acrylic and paper suite.
We don’t provide physical samples. Instead, we create detailed digital previews so you can see every element of your design before it goes to print. The quality speaks for itself in our gallery and Instagram content.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Currently, we ship Australia-wide. We’re working on expanding to international orders soon.
PEACE OF MIND
We couldn’t accept you receiving anything less than perfect. Every order undergoes strict quality checks before leaving us. In the rare case that shipping causes damage, we’ll have your invitations remade. For this reason, we recommend ordering with plenty of time, though rest assured these cases are exceptionally rare.
Our focus is luxury printed invitations, but we can create digital save-the-dates or e-invites in PDF format upon request. These are a simple digital version of your design—not a replacement for the tactile luxury of print.
